Key Accountabilities
Celebrities press, web and social networks monitoring
Internal circulation of celebrities clippings
Support the team in the organization of the digital archive of press materials, celebrities photos and projects
Support in the creation of projects’ reports (both in Excel and Power Point)
Back office activities (managing Excel lists, celebrities logistic needs, etc.)
Support to the celebrities warehouse activities (storage, packaging, loading of shipments and deliveries, etc.)
What will you learn with us?
Acquisition of knowledge and skills on the entertainment pr office functioning and processes
Acquisition of skills in monitoring and evaluating the press coverage achieved for specific projects and VIPs product placement
Acquisition of skills in the samples traceability process
What are the basics?
Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
Fluency in Italian and English
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
