Our Press Office Intern is a rising star who will be supporting the Northern Europe Communications team with the day-to-day running of the Communications Office.
Showroom and Product Support
Supporting the PR editorial team in a wide range of activities including sample send outs, returns, price requests and international sample co-ordination
Liaising with magazine fashion cupboards and Gucci international offices
Maintaining appearance of all areas of the showroom and stockroom and the condition of samples
Administration
First point of contact for all visitors and couriers
Answering and transferring phone calls
Monitoring digital, social and print coverage daily
Scanning, filing and sharing daily press coverage in a timely manner with the WW press office
Maintenance of magazine library
Maintenance press contact database
Support with the organisation of team business travel – flights, hotels and car bookings
Support with gifting send outs (packaging, note writing, booking couriers)
Pulling clothing selections from stores on request
Supporting at events e.g. door guest list
