Hong Kong - Hong Kong SARSUMMARY: Drive and coordinate with retail management to lead all the Retail Excellence activities and projects and ensure all store operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way. Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
RETAIL EXCELLENCE
Operational Excellence at store level: ensuring the store operations guidelines are applied across all Hong Kong, to foster continuous channels optimization and to deliver the best in-store customer experience.
Market intelligence and stores networking: perform strategic analysis to develop and optimize sales networks, ensure geographical footprint optimization leveraging on the best store formats and retail mix .
Identify and implement best practices and systems for customer experience e.g. NPS & Customer Journey feedback
Support stores organizational evolution through People Excellence: work along with the Training team to develop the right skills and capabilities set needed to constantly improve in-store performance and implement effective development paths supported by coaching and training activities.
Drive business effectiveness: through an attentive agenda management, a skillful omnichannel orchestration, intelligent booking and optimized time management.
Foster a continuous performance dialogue: constantly monitoring commercial KPIs, encouraging proactive performance improvement and intelligent benchmarking, being in charge, along with the IT department, of IT systems and platform related to commercial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, sales incentives calculation, etc.
Along with HR to design, implement and roll-out of stores incentive systems and sales promotions
Manage communication strategies and contents towards salespeople using different channels
RETAIL OPERATIONS
Oversee all of the daily Operations of the Store
Ensure the retail store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards
Manage roster ensuring adequate cover for the shop floor for customer service opening & closing times, replenishment. Opening, closing and cashing up correctly, ensuring all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly
Provide recommendations on suitable ways to optimize space at stores
Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail stores
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Analyze operational expenses and cost of inventory to identify losses and develop strategy to reduce stock loss
Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations
Review and implement operational procedures and conduct regular store visit to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure meeting legal compliance
Review and prepare business management reporting to reflect sales performance with insights and recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 8 years relevant retail management experience, with solid experience in managerial level, experience in luxury retail industry is a plus
Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset
Excellent problem solving and communicating skill
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
Project management skills
Strong in leadership and organization skill
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
Ability to leverage best practices, share and reapply
Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Excellent command of written English
