As part of our dynamic Central Europe team based in Munich, Germany you will engage in the field of Public Relations providing your deep knowledge and network regarding creative, varied, and exciting projects within the inspirational and multicultural branch of luxury-fashion.
We are looking forward to your application as (Senior) Public Relations Specialist Central Europe (m/f/d).
What you’ll do:
Partner and support the Manager of Public Relations and Communications in the development and implementation of a comprehensive PR and Communications strategy for the Central European market (DACH and Eastern Europe) to increase brand awareness and exposure, while in alignment with the global strategy for all product categories.
Work closely with worldwide press office on planning seasonal PR strategies to coincide with worldwide initiatives, including presentations to the press, pitching stories about the brand, and targeting covers / full-page editorials, exclusive editorials as well as campaigns in editorial context.
Plan and execute all seasonal press presentations and re-sees. Generate local strategies to create awareness in Central European markets.
Leverage strategic media relations with editors, stylists, and key multipliers of the industry for local product launches and placement via established, strong personal network.
Planning and execution of PR- and image events within the region in connection with most important image- and/or key business moments
With the Manager of PR and Communications, develop and manage the overall influencer & KOL strategy for Central Europe
Execute regional handling of network, seeding and campaign management regarding all influencer and KOL activations integrating a strong personal approach to the world of digital and social media.
You’ll need to have:
BS/BA degree required
Extensive luxury brand experience
5 years of experience in PR and communications, with an emphasis on fashion and luxury
Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and relationships with traditional and digital key media and influencers
Ability to visualize and apply the 360° approach to all major projects related to the job
We'd love to see:
A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, and creative skills
High Social Media affinity with interest in fashion, film, art and culture
International mindset and willingness to travel
Exceptional flexibility in dealing with different markets and cultures
Ability to manage multiple projects in great detail as well as superior accountability and adaptability to change in a fast environment
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Italian is a plus
