Role mission
We are looking for a Store Operations Manager to join our team in Roermond on a full time basis.
Your role is about leading operational excellence within the store, ensuring all operational procedures are commercially managed to ensure the highest standard and most efficient delivery of the customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the store Operations team, fostering a coaching environment
Manage the Stockroom team and all related policies and processes i.e. deliveries, dispatches, inventory etc.
Provide operational support to the sales floor through Cashiers, Wrappers and Runners to enhance customer experience and sales
Ensure the store has substantial operational support and staff schedules are optimized to match customer traffic flows and operational demands
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the Asset and Profit Protection influencing service delivery and minimizing loss
Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and processes are adhered to
Ensure the store building and all internal areas are maintained to the highest standard both front and back of house, including responsibility for store Housekeeping
Key Requirements
Solid experience overseeing all Operations (stock, health & safety, asset & profit protection) ideally in a fast-paced, high-turnover Fashion Retail environment
Fluent English written and spoken
Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a team
Display a positive and proactive approach to lead change, highly self-motivated
Thrive off a busy and dynamic environment
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
