Role Mission
The person has to manage all tailoring activities of Gucci Store in Milano Montenapoleone, supporting the staff in all the activities involving measurement-taking of MTM line, alterations and ameliorations of RTW garments. 
Key Accountabilities
Manage and coordinate the tailoring activities in the Store, providing outstanding service and meeting the demands of the customers in relation to RTW garments;

Manage all the activities involving measurement-taking of MTM line;

Guarantee the necessary team work to fulfill with customer requests in terms of timing and deliveries of garments demonstrating a sense of urgency;

Take measurements and perform mending activities on Ready to Wear garments;

Assist the Store personnel to satisfy the customer needs and request in terms of fitting on both Made to Measure and Ready to Wear collections;

Be involved in clienteling activities.

Key Requirements
Solid coat making experience

Handwork experience on tailoring (hand-made button holes, etc.)

Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office MS

Managerial skills

Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
