This key role will be supporting WW Business Performance Manager in the WW Finance Team for periodical reporting, constant KPI & Performance monitoring of Global Gucci business as well as special projects.
She/he will provide analytical consulting support General Management or Regional counterparts, including Sales & KPI analysis, performance modeling on special projects and rationalization recommendations/automation support when needed. This function acts as an analytical engine of WW functions, both Retail / Digital and Indirect Channels to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.
Key Accountabilities
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including Sales, Transactional metrics as well as CRM
Monitor performance, highlighting trends and analyzing/investigating causes of unexpected variance
Support the preparation of periodical Business Review meetings between Gucci and Kering
Prepare the monthly, weekly Corporate Dashboard package
Develop models and analyses to support strategic decisions
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Requirements
At least 3+ years experience as Analyst
Working experiences in a multinational company or Retail firm is preferred
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proficient in Microstrategy is a plus
Fluency in English
