for a store manager.

To be considered, you must have experience with at least
some of the following:

- Overseeing a staff of 10-20 people
- Able to work weekends, nights, holidays and overtime
- Meeting sales goals-running the store at a profit
- Keeping the store appearance at 100% at all times
- Being able to communicate properly with the buyers and
upper management
- Surf and/or skate knowledge
- Hiring and training of staff
- Promotions for the store
- Excellent customer service
