Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

* Working with and supporting the Technical Design Team.
* Producing flat measurements & general construction from the sketches, specing garments,conducting fittings, correcting patterns based on fitting corrections.
* Creating tech packs (which include corrections, construction, measurements, trims, etc.), conveying all corrections, issues, and details to vendors.
* Ability to interpret and update technical packages in multi-sheet Excel format.
* Excellent CAD drawing skills for detailed technical, construction sketches and related art.
* Track samples and maintain deadlines.
* Strong communication, organization and analytical skills, verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications and Adobe Illustrator on Mac.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining very detail oriented and keeping on calendar.
* Involves partners (Product Development/Design/ Merchandising) in the resolution of problems as necessary informing them of vendor's capabilities of meeting technical design standards.
* A team player with good work ethic and high degree of professionalism.
