The Sr. Brand Designer is responsible for overseeing and implementing the artistic design and visual communication goals of various printed and physical materials – with a concentration on Events and Retail Marketing projects.

The person in this position will lead large-scale and complex projects with stringent deadlines and approved budgets, while having the ability to support successful construction of the design by communicating look/feel of projects to external vendors and internal staff.

A solid technical design skillset and decisive ability to communicate is expected, as successful candidate will guide and manage direct design reports as well as production artists. Collaboration with additional Senior Designers will not only be expected, but encouraged, to ensure overall brand design across all channels is relevant and consistent.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or other appropriate field plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role. Knowledge of youth culture is required. Must know Adobe Creative Suite as well as ability to use applications to render drawings into dimensions.
