As we grow, we're seeking dynamic Sales Representatives in Northern & Central California to join our team and help us actively seek out and engage new and existing customers, bringing our products to more outdoor enthusiasts across the United States. 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support business throughout the territory 
2. Effective and proactive on sales leads of new accounts
3. Follow up on sales of existing accounts / including AO refill business
4. Brand recognition, product knowledge, demos, and events
5. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
6. Perform account needs such as merchandising, assortment planning, marketing, and event support
7. Maintain a positive relationship with all accounts in the territory
8. Attend national and regional trade shows as required
9. Attend seasonal sales meetings 

Exceptional Candidates will have:

1. An established account base within outdoor sports, action sports, boutique & outdoor stores
2. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with core and key accounts within the region
3. Highly motivated with a proven sales track record

Compensation:

1. Commission-based with potential for a hybrid model based on performance.
2. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in apparel or outdoor industries.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to travel within your designated region.
4. Passionate about the outdoors and sustainable practices.
