Marsh Wear is looking for an Independent Sales Representative to expand and grow the brand in the Northeast.

Founded in 2010, Marsh Wear is an outdoor lifestyle brand that encompasses fishing, hunting, surfing and more. The brand is anchored in independent retail stores and has sustained growth of 30+% year over year.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with Sales Manager to establish realistic monthly and seasonal sales goals throughout the region.
• Communicate regularly with Sales Manager regarding territory performance, events, etc.
• Evaluate, research and establish new accounts.
• Regular account visits for assortment planning and line showings.
• Assist in retail merchandising with in-store fixtures, signage, and other POP tools.
• Attend national sales meetings and provide sales support at regional trade shows and other events in territory.

Qualification:

• 2+ Years of experience as an Apparel Sales Representative in retail environment.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, with minimal direction or supervision.
• Currently carrying complimentary lines is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and email.
