Lolë is seeking an Independent Sales Representative / Agent to cover the Western U.S. Territory (CA, NV, and AZ).

Lolë also organise and host National events called Lolë White Tours that gathers thousands of people for a yoga session all dressed in white. In addition to the Lolë White Tour, Lolë has also developed a Yellow Program that gives second life to used clothes by selling them back and giving all the money to non-profit organisations. This campaign has a mobilizing impact on our employees, customers, clients and suppliers. Coalision also develop and sell the brand Paradox, a high-performance base layer and outdoor clothing line. Overall, the company sells in over 4,000 retailers across Canada, USA, Europe and Asia.

Coalision employs over 200 employees that operates either in one of its 2 offices (head office in Montreal area, the other in Biarritz France) or for its retail division, who are based across Canada, United-States and France.

What We Are Looking For:
Lolë is seeking an outstanding, strong and inspiring leader to act as a Sales Representative (Agent) for the California, Nevada and Arizona territories. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage the seasonal buy-sell cycle (prospect, plan, sell, and service) with retail accounts in your assigned territory with emphasis on SALES & SERVICE!

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop business relationships with all key customers / majors accounts as well as with the head office management team.
- Develop your territory and customer strategies to drive growth within outdoor, wellness, active and sportswear channels of distribution.
- Prepare, plan and deliver persuasive sales and product presentations.
- Manage in-store positioning of product and POS (point of sale) materials to drive strong brand performance.
- Develop and execute marketing events to strategically drive business, in collaboration with customer and Marketing teams.
- Plan and analyse business to optimize sell-in, sell-thru and profitability.
- Administrate all aspects of order management.
