Shaka Kai, a leading brand in the fashion industry, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Independent Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners, boutiques, and other potential clients. This role offers the opportunity to represent our brand and drive growth in key markets.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Identify and prospect new retail partners and clients to expand Shaka Kai’s presence in the market.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, providing excellent customer service and support.

3. Present Shaka Kai's product offerings to potential clients, showcasing the quality and uniqueness of our brand.

4. Negotiate terms and agreements with retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

5. Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

6. Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to management.

7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Shaka Kai and build brand awareness.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

9. Travel to meet with clients, conduct sales presentations, and participate in business meetings as needed.

10. Uphold the values and image of Shaka Kai Apparel in all interactions with clients and partners.


**Requirements:**

1. Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the outdoor apparel industry.

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

3. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet client needs.

6. Developed knowledge of the outdoor industry including market trends and terminology

7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field, with three or more years of relevant sales experience or a combination of education and on-the-job training.

9. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
