East Coast Surf & SUP is looking for Sales Reps to join the team in multiple available territories throughout the US.
Position Summary //
We are in search of seasoned Sales Representative to manage specific open East Coast territories, however we will also be accepting resumes for territories throughout the US. The ideal Sales Rep will already have established retail relationships within the surf / SUP and action sports community, in their territory. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail managers / staff, as well as represent ECS at Tradeshows and other regional events.
The ECS Sales Rep will also be responsible for engaging in road sales trips, product demo, submitting orders as needed, implementing quarterly and annual corporate business plans, staff education & motivation programs, continual merchandising improvement, coordinate inventory, attend regional and nation trade shows where and when deemed necessary, implement promotions and will ensure that accounts are continually updated, regarding retail status.

Responsibilities //
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Identify and expand distribution channels in assigned territory
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage and follow up on all sales orders
• Visit and maintain current and prospective accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up consistently
• Establish and market ECS through various distribution channels.
• Hold promotional events / demos with retailers to increase brand-awareness
• Attend trade shows and retail events as needed
