Rocott Sports is in search of Sales Reps to join the team in multiple open territories throughout the US.
ABOUT ROCOTT //

When we noticed a gap in watersports we exploited it with the creation of the Cutboard. Wakeboarding left something to be desired in the areas of handling and control, while slalom skiing provided an awkward stance and decreased beginner stability. The Cutboard assessed our concerns and gave us the thrill of control, and the comfort and stance a wakeboard offers.
POSITION SUMMARY //
We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing Independent Sales Reps to carry the Rocott Cutboard product line. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional Sales Rep, with existing retail relationships and a complimentary mix of brands in the assigned territory.
Qualified candidates will report to the Sales Manager and be expected to demonstrate the ability to open and service new accounts, develop new markets and increase market share, while maintaining strong relationships with buyers and merchandise managers. Our ideal candidate will have a personal interest in watersports / wakeboarding or skiing, with a strong knowledge of the industry.

• So-Cal
• Nor Cal
• PAC NorthWest
• Mid-West
• Great Lakes Area
• Texas
• Gulf Coast
• Florida
• East Coast
• Potential for other territories – please inquire if your current territory is not listed, for consideration
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Meet or exceed sales goals & budget on a monthly basis
• Open new accounts in assigned region
• Work with the Sales Manager on a daily basis to keep them up to date on their territory
• Evaluate and suggest accounts for financial growth and market strength
• Visit accounts regularly to check inventory and solicit purchase orders
• Educate and inform accounts on the Rocott brand, news, events, contests, etc
• Assist in retail marketing with key events within the territory
• Perform retail sales clinics as necessary, for all accounts
• Attend all Industry buying shows in Territory
