The Specialty Sales Rep will be responsible for leading the placement of product, and development and execution of sales strategy for specific Specialty Accounts for Roxy Outdoor Fitness in the US and Canada.
Desired territories= Pacific Northwest, West, Rocky Mountains, Midwest, Southwest, Southeast, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Western Canada, Eastern Canada
Specialty Sales Reps will have defined territories and call on Outdoor, Action Sports, Watersport, and Running Specialty accounts. This candidate will work directly with the Specialty Accounts to meet and exceed all sales targets and present a powerful brand image through product, merchandising, and marketing efforts. This position requires the ability to forecast, set sales and profit goals, as well as to drive product initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Placement of new category in targeted Specialty Accounts
• Forecasting and Planning
• Development and execution of Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Frequent and effective communication with Roxy management and accounts.
• Strong retail math skill set desired
Job Requirements:
• 5 years Specialty Sales experience
• Territory management skills
• Extensive experience and/or knowledge in the Outdoor and/or Fitness markets
• Extensive seasonal travel
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, driven.
• Complimentary lines a must
• Maintain high profile communication skills and must possess the ability to present clearly and effectively
• Commission based
