The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, particularly supporting businesses with enterprise level database applications. Candidate should have a solid foundation in network implementation as well as managing hardware purchases for a corporate office. Project management and software integrations as well as sourcing and developing software solutions for business cases is a key role in this job and the applicant should have a provable background in this area.

Responsibilities

• Proven track record delivering successful projects in a traditional environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT or IT Project Management leading mission critical consumer facing systems using a variety of platforms.
• Create designs for Information Technology solutions to address business challenges. Integrate and test solutions to ensure proper implementation.
• Become internal SAP B1 ERP technical resource and interface with SAP Partners and programmers.
• Ensure integration between the sales portal and SAP is operating efficiently.
• Schedule, automate, execute, and monitor job and system performance including database backups.
• Mange the implementation of new EDI customers.
• Ownership of integration with Shopify and SAP including the fulfillment process.
• Manage IT department interactions with business users for process improvements, enhancements, and future scalability.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Implementing and maintaining compliance standards.
• MS Excel competency in creating tables, analyzing data, macros, formulas, functions, data validation, and creating complex reports.
• Assist stakeholders in choosing the and prioritizing projects that will best fit the company strategy for growth.
• Working knowledge of vSphere Hypervisor, Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightening), MSSQL Server, on premise ERP, Shopify or other ecommerce platform, REST API Integrations, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Google Analytics.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as being comfortable working directly with and providing daily statuses to executive leadership and project stakeholders.
• Must have the ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner and promote company values.

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator Certification.
• Background working within various Project Management methodologies.
• SAP Business One Experience – On premise preferred other SAP Hana.
• PLM software experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and including wireless network with android handhelds.
• Experience with financials and commission payment reporting/systems a plus.

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter owning multiple projects.
• Working Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Consumer products experience wholesale and ecommerce.
• Database management experience.
• Strong skills working in relational databases.
• ERP, WMS, CRM, PLM, B2B, B2C systems experience.
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects, troubleshoot issues quickly and independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to communicate technical information in an understandable way to non-technical users.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Work/Physical Environment

This position is in an office setting. This is a full-time, on-premises job.
Occasional lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects such as servers.
