Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate
Native Eyewear, the Original Brand of All Sports All Polarized™ (A.S.A.P.™) Eyewear is seeking a detail oriented, dependable and hard working sales/customer service associate.
The position is responsible for processing orders and stock rotations, making outbound customer service calls, working closely with sales representatives and answering incoming sales calls. The qualified candidate must have previous sales/service experience and must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Essential Qualifications:
* One to Two years of sales/service experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Ability to work late during our peak season (March – June).
* Previous history working with sales representatives.
* “Team Player” attitude.
Working knowledge of a contact management systems such as ACT is a plus as is having previously worked in a heavy phone volume position.
