We are looking for a self-motivated and service-oriented Inside Sales Rep to grow Thousand’s wholesale channel. The primary responsibility of your role will be focused on active sales. This includes closing sales with current customers as well as creating and nurturing relationships with new retail customers, as well as ensuring industry leading customer service for our retail partners. Being a self-starter is critical, as this person will work directly with our Sales Management team and other departments to support our go to market strategies for a variety of retail customers.

What You'll Do
• Qualify, close sales and achieve sales targets, by understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Create and nurture strong relationships with retail customers, outside sales representation and end users.
• Communicate with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, following up on leads, and answering potential customer’s questions.
• Research and qualify new leads, and maintain current and potential customers data flows in CRM.
• Increase sales and order size through offering promotional opportunities, up-selling, cross selling, substitute/complementary product suggestion and thorough involvement in seasonal programs.
• Obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep up with product and service information and updates.
• Manage on-boarding process for all wholesale accounts- account creation, order entry, processing, samples, and payment capturing
• Build relationships with retail accounts; proactively check in to provide inventory, order entry, and marketing support
• Partner with operations department to solve any logistics/operational questions on behalf of customer
• Assist with MAP enforcement
• Participate in special projects and events as needed to present Thousand’s brand story and product features
