Inside Sales Representative – West Region

Position Overview:
LEATT is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Team and support the West Region of our Powersports dealer network. This role is critical in driving sales growth, nurturing dealer relationships, and providing exceptional day-to-day support to both outside sales reps and dealers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about customer service and sales strategy. This individual will also contribute to outbound sales, assist with regional events, and serve as a key point of contact for dealers in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer accounts in the West Region, providing daily support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
• Support the West Coast field sales team with lead follow-up, order processing, backorder updates, dealer outreach, and account tracking.
• Proactively engage unaffiliated dealers in the region through cold calling and email outreach to generate new business and onboard accounts.
• Maintain and update dealer records, order history, and sales data using CRM and ERP platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to support promotions, product launches, and account growth strategies.
• Assist with regional and national events, including trade shows and industry events (minor travel required).
• Support internal sales initiatives, including pre-book follow-ups, program communication, and digital sales campaign execution.
• Provide feedback from dealers and reps to inform product development, marketing, and regional sales planning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand alignment with every interaction.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or dealer support experience (Powersports or action sports industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, lead qualification, and relationship development.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and follow-through skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for motorcycles, off-road culture, or related industries is a strong plus.
