Your Job:

As the Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the seasonal marketing objectives and strategies, developing marketing program plans within the seasonal campaigns and working with cross functional marketing teams to execute respective channel plans to ensure integration and alignment to the seasonal campaign strategy.

You will work with the internal creative team and external agencies to bring marketing plans to life and drive the localization and/or origination of EMEA relevant content while ensuring consistent seasonal executions across EMEA. You will be responsible for distributing key marketing documents including weekly updates, marketing calendars, copy matrix or functional timelines. In addition, you will be responsible for campaign messaging consistency across EMEA, overseeing the translations process and ensuring best in class processes and resource optimization.

Your Responsibilities:
! Manage the integrated timeline and ensure aligned execution across the Brooks activation team.
! Represent Integrated marketing in cross functional or channel specific meetings.
! Ensure key stakeholders and channel owners provide feedback at designated gates and are kept well informed of progress. Key stakeholders will include US Integrated marketing teams, EMEA integrated marketing manager, –and country marketing teams and
! Drive the execution of bringing program plans to life by coordinating the current season content creation and localization across Brooks marketing channel owners as well as external agencies or the internal creative team. Own planning files, timelines, processes, communication with stakeholders, briefs and deliverables.
! Develop and implement best practices for communication and cross functional sharing across the whole marketing organization including Global team, EMEA channels and country teams.
! Master tools such as Airtable, SharePoint, Teams groups. Enhance team alignment on the usage of these tools providing training or assistance when needed.
! Actively contribute to the seasonal campaign strategy development by providing input and insight to the latest information on what is working / not working within the respective marketing channels as well inputs from EMEA markets.
! Work with Brooks creative team and/or external agencies on the localization and origination of seasonal sell-in and sell-through materials including workbook, tech guides, product videos, master content documentations. Ensure key stakeholder inputs are accurately captured and information is up to date.
! Drive the translations process in EMEA. Contribute to improving translations quality and messaging consistency across the region while ensuring best in class processes and resources optimization.
! Collaborate with GTM team on the organization, logistics and content creation for the seasonal EMEA GTM.
! Collaborate with the creative team on the planning and execution of seasonal photo shoots.
! Drive the integration and development of seasonal and campaign reports in close collaboration with EMEA and in country teams.
! Track Integrated marketing related expenses and ensure forecasted invoices are received on time.
! Other responsibilities as required.

Your Qualifications:
! University degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
! 2+ years of experience in marketing, PR or creative project management.
! Proficient English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Any additional EU languages are considered a plus
! Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
! Attention to detail, organized and can multi-task detailed projects.
! Results oriented and passion for seeing through projects to the end.
! Willingness to support team members during critical deadlines.
! Proactive, self-starter and hungry to learn about and implement new types of marketing programs.
! Ability to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
! Ability to understand and have empathy towards different marketing cultures and dynamics preferred. International business experience is a plus.
! Fosters a collaborative working environment.
! Ability to travel as necessary.
! Strong passion for running and practicing an active lifestyle.
