Fuse Interactive is looking for a full-time, talented
Interactive Project Manager to be an integral member of
our team. The selected candidate will primarily be
responsible for the workflow of interactive content
produced for our clients’ website(s).

The Project Manager works closely with account, creative,
video and programming teams to ensure all elements of
interactive and video projects are implemented on
schedule and within budget.

This position requires great attention to detail, ability
to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. This role
also requires excellent relationship-building and
communication skills with both internal staff and
clients.

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the quality of project delivery by creating
detailed project schedules and work assignments.
• Provides support to account executives by keeping them
updated with project and assignment statuses.
• Keep projects moving forward by communicating
internally
to ensure adherence to timeline.
• Reviews all project deliverables to ensure quality and
that they meet requirements.
• Manages schedules and leads production meetings.
• Manage quality assurance throughout the course of the
project, including the coordination of final QA testing.
• As needed, attends key client-facing meetings and
assists with preparation, note taking and other support.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent work experience will be
considered)
• Interactive agency, project management experience
• Digital media experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Self managed, team player
• Goal oriented
• Detailed project management and strong problem solving
skills
• Proficiency with MS office applications and web-based
tools
• Analytic experience preferred
