WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
NIKEs European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium serves a large network of retailers, Nike stores and consumers not just in Europe but across the world. We are looking for engaging and diverse professionals that are willing to join our team for a 3-month internship starting in February at our Nikes European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator that shows willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow professionals to be fully immersed in relevant work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns need to be self-starters who strive to drive innovation to win as a team!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role youll ensure high-level employee experience to our athletes at Nike ELC by supporting the workplace services such as Facility management, Workplace, Food & Beverage, and other Campus related services. Collaborating closely with various teams to support the strategies around Healthy Food & Wellbeing, sports, and environment and support new launches and moves. We are looking for a person who is a self-starter with a hands-on and positive mentality; an intern who is passionate about employee experience and crafting the workplace of the future!
WHAT YOU BRING
Higher degree student in Business Management, Business economics, Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant fields
Out of the box, critical, and strategic way of working, and work well under stress without losing your positivity
Strong teammate mentality
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in English and Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution)
Be available for a 3-month fulltime (30h 37.5h/weekly) internship starting February 1st, 2024
