As the Recruitment & University Relations Intern you will be part of the EMEA Recruitment team with the objective to support on identifying top talent into Nikes Internship Program. You will also gain experience with methods and tools of recruitment and employer branding, as well as gaining exposure to Nikes talent management strategies and HR practices.
This internship will offer a stimulating challenge and development experience into recruitment both from an operational and strategic point of view. You will directly recruit for internships based at the European Headquarters and other countries while also contributing to building solid University Relations.
Your focus and learning areas during the internship will be:
Support the recruitment process for the Internship Program at Nike European Headquarters and other countries in Europe.
Bring innovation to Nikes Intern Program as a key source of talent
Develop strategies to attract high potential students to the program, collaborating in organizing activities and recruitment events with key Universities across EMEA.
Foster and be a point of contact for our community of interns at Nike and help deliver a great intern experience.
Support the European Talent Acquisition team in key projects and initiatives, especially in the area of Employer Branding
What you will bring:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields with high interest in Talent Attraction, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident to engage with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Previous internship or working experience in recruitment, university relations, employer branding or similarfields is highly preferred
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
A global mindset and passion for sports.
