Are you interested in spending time on the ocean, guiding and showing guests the time of their lives?

We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, and experienced fisherman who is familiar with local waters from San Pedro to Huntington Beach Oil rigs. We offer guided, half-day Sea Doo fishing trips, with 2023 Fish Pro Trophy personal watercraft departing out of Long Beach, CA, and are looking for members to join our growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Maintaining Rental Equipment (Rods, Reels, Lures, Tools, misc. equipment)

-Scouting fishing reports and developing a fish plan around the bite

-Prepping machines before departure

-Greeting, welcoming, and checking guests in

-Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of each guest at all times

-Teaching beginners how to fish (tying a lure, switching tackle, baiting a hook, reeling techniques, how to safely free a fish, etc.)

-Adhering to all California Department of Fish and Wildlife laws and regulations regarding size and limits

-Ensuring each guest has a Fishing License, valid for the day of the reservation

-Cleaning fish for guests if requested

-Fueling and prepping skis for the following trip
