• Stay ahead of market trends in email marketing, bringing fresh ideas for audience engagement.
AFFILIATE & EVENT SUPPORT
• Assist in outreach and coordination of affiliates, influencers, and brand partners to expand community engagement.
• Support brand activations, athlete partnerships, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Help execute event logistics, from booth setup and teardown to on-site brand representation.
• Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless brand presence at trade shows and industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or community management.
• A "get-it-done" attitude—this role requires someone who is flexible, resourceful, and ready to tackle any challenge.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content engagement, and audience growth strategies.

• Basic content creation skills (photo/video editing) are a plus.
• Use of and understanding of Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Experience with event marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand activations is a bonus.
TRAVEL & WORK STRUCTURE
• 10–15% travel for marketing activations, trade shows, and events.
• Hybrid work schedule:
