OVERALL PURPOSE
To assist the majors account reps in order to meet and/or exceed their seasonal/yearly sales goals by the below outlined duties.
Major Activities:
Sample Line
• Maintain Bible Line to ensure it is always in line-guide order
• Track and log all Samples sent and received: Ad/Photo shoots/Local reps/Meetings/Shows
• Work with Sample Coordinator to photograph entire sales sample line at the beginning of each season
SMU’s (Special Make ups)
• Attend weekly SMU meeting with Rep and M&D
• Create and Track CAD and Sample requests
• Create and Track all SMU orders
• Work closely with M&D on all SMU’s
Order Entry
• Enter all in-line/reorder/special orders
• Fill out any necessary SHR forms and file accordingly
On Order Flow Sheets
• Create and/or Maintain On Order Flows for Majors Accounts
• Track EDI received
Weekly Selling
• Log weekly selling/identify best sellers and worst sellers/maintain recap
• Create and review weekly ATS reports for re-order opportunities
• Look at OTB flows and maintain and identify any potential issues (i.e. not making sls/high mkds, etc.)
Shipping
• Update PO Log daily to monitor existing po’s and capture all new EDI’s
• Work with Sales Support to identify any needed extensions, i.e. pricing, qty, color discrepancies in EDI’s and communicate effectively to the account and rep
• Follow up on any/all WIP issues
• Alert account and rep of any issues BEFORE cancel date to ensure we do not lose any dollars through substitutions, getting the extensions, etc.
• Manage unconfirmed orders with Reps
TIME MANAGEMENT
• Work out of the HB office Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm
• Assist in preparing Majors Account Reps for appointments, trade shows and markets.
• Dividing time appropriately between Majors Account Reps so that both receive the support they need to ensure successful, growing businesses.
Company Relations
• Comply with all company policies
• Communicate effectively with both the reps and the rest of the Footwear team, the retailers and other departments within Roxy Footwear and QF.
