The SmartWool Field Services Representative (FSR) creates brand awareness and provides technical educaton and training opportunities for the SmartWool brand within the specialty retail market. (North America Rockies Region)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIITES:
1. Create and drive brand awareness and technical training opportunities in support of our retail partners
2. Maintain up-to-date product and Outdoor Industry knowledge
3. Provide support for national and regional trade shows, field marketing and brand events.
4. Manage budget and maintain reporting requirements.
5. Provide in-store visual merchandisng
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Outdoor Specialty, athletic, or footwear industries
- Must have a passion for the outdoors and be an outdoor performance "user" in order to understand how the consumer thinks and how to best develop sell through strategies and training programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage work schedule in a highly independent position
- Strong computer skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel 80% of the time (North American Rockies Region)
