Position Overview:
We have an immediate need for a Key Holder to join our Santa Monica Retail Store team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Answering customer product queries
• Assisting customer towards their purchase
• Restocking and receiving shipments
• In store merchandising
• Cash handling and transaction POS processing
Functions and Responsibilities:
• Open and close the store in the absence of the manager.
• Perform sales functions as well as take up supervisory roles in the absence of the store manager.
Core Competencies / Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent education is required
• 1-3 years of related experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Experience in Quickbooks or similar POS system is desirable
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel &Word)
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers
