We are currently seeking a Group HR SSC Project Manager, joining our dynamic and international team. This position is based in Paris, with regular international transfers.
Your opportunity
Reporting directly to the Kering Global HR Shared Services Director, as part of the Group HRSSC Central Team you will contribute to implement Group SSC initiatives (standards, systems, operational improvements) through proper design, monitoring and coordination of identified Projects, working closely with local SSC teams across Regions, other Group Support Functions (HRIS, HRIT, Technology) and external providers.
This role requires passion for service excellence, outstanding Project Management skills with a natural ability to build connections with stakeholder’s by providing sound advice and support in an international environment, and a passion for Human Resources and people as you will be responsible for implementing and managing complex projects that can have a real impact on the employees’ experience and the overall success of the organization.
How you will contribute
As a senior member of the HRSSC Central team, you will support our business unit development providing your advice for the analysis and proper set up in project mode of new initiatives such as :
Global & Regional Projects involving all / several shared service centers in parallel (e.g. implementation of a new global document management solution, a regional time tracking platform or the deployment of a Group Policy)
Local Projects for the implementation of Country-specific solutions (e.g. a local new payroll system, the onboarding of a new House under the SSC perimeter or the extension of existing operations to new Countries)
For the assigned projects, you will be responsible for :
Designing, developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
Managing project budgets and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring timely execution by working on GANNT definitions and tracking
Defining and implementing project governance, including coordination when required of local project managers, communicating with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Leading and motivating the project team, resolving conflicts and issues and managing internal escalation whenever required
Delivering accordingly projects on time, within budget, to the required quality standards
According to the different types of projects assigned (Global, Regional, Local), you could then act as Global Project Manager coordinating and supporting execution of projects by local Project Managers, or as Project Manager directly in charge of specific projects execution
Who you are
Graduated from Management or Engineering schools with 5-10 years professional experience,
Senior experience in Project Management built in cross countries and cross functions environment, with a strong understanding of all aspects including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication. You can effectively lead and motivate teams and resolve conflicts,
You worked for structured Operations (including but not limited to HR, Information Systems, Engineering, Logistics or Constructions), inside international organizations with a multicultural approach,
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, with different stakeholders
Personal integrity with strong ethics consistent with Kering’s culture and values,
Capable of working independently, within an agile team
Organized and accurate with solid methodological skills in PM and high attention to details
Willing to travel with high frequency (up to 30%) and availability for short term assignments in the APAC & AMER Regions to work closely with Local Teams,
Strong expertise in Office package and main PM tools and methodologies; knowledge of Workday and Service Now is an asset
Committed to self-development, problem solver, proactive with a can-do attitude
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); French and Italian are a plus
