Reporting to the Director of Treasury, and thanks to your expertise and dynamism, you will be in charge to successfully manage financing, treasury and payment topics for our activity in Americas (Canada, United States of Americas, Mexico, Brazil, Chile) across all brands liaising with the Group Payment Team and the Corporate Treasury team in Paris.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Your mission will be the following:
Ensure the daily management of cash flows (Integration of bank statements, management of the banking cash pooling, management of the cash liquidity, payments monitoring and validation, resolution of rejections, Inter-company loans, etc.)
Ensure day to day bank relation
Ensure the relation with Payment Solutions Providers (e-commerce and Instore) to support brands and help to improve customers payments experiences
Management of bank accounts and update of bank power of attorneys
Establish the weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
Ensure the monitoring and reconciliation of current accounts associated with bank cash pooling
Participate to monthly and year end closing related to Treasury
Participate in the monitoring and control of bank charges and fees
Participate in the improvement of processes, the production and maintenance of treasury procedures and operating modes
You will be responsible for the creation, follow-up and follow-up of incidents with the SAP support team in relation with bank connectivity and cash management
You will have the opportunity to interact with all financial and operational departments of the Americas Shared Service Center, with the group's brands financial teams and with external financial partners.
In all these tasks, you will ensure a smooth communication and coordination between Corporate and Regional Treasury, Financial Shared Services, houses and a good connection to the banks and Payment Services Providers.
WHO YOU ARE
Previous experience or skills required and interpersonal skills
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting
At least 5 years’ experience in Financing and Treasury within an international corporation
Experience in retail industry (including, hotels, etc. which involves payments) would be a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and network with peers
Analytical and synthetic skills, proactivity, curiosity, autonomy, team spirit, strong personal involvement
Treasury Management Solution, Excel pack office, SAP S4HANA would be a plus
