Kering's Sustainability Communication team aims to increase the awareness and recognition of Kering's pioneering role within the luxury sector in terms of sustainability. To do this, it designs and implements a dedicated communication strategy, in coordination with the other expertise of the Group’s Communication & Image Department, as well as with the Communication teams of the Houses. Its audience includes both the Group’s employees and the stakeholders, the industry insiders and the general public, the convinced and the skeptics, on an international scale. The team has a dual reporting line, to the Group Communication & Image Department and to the Group Sustainability Department.
We are currently seeking a Sustainability Communications Manager to join our team.
Your opportunity
The Sustainability Communications Manager accompanies the Head of Sustainability Communications in the conception, implementation and analyses of the Group’s sustainability communication strategy covering both internal and external audiences. Main topics include environmental impact measurement, climate change, biodiversity, animal welfare, social impact as well as sustainability innovation.
How you will contribute
Contribute to amplify and renew Kering's sustainability communication by proposing ideas of activations, formats, tools, with the aim of continuing to increase the Group's leadership and visibility in terms of sustainability
Internal communications:
Define and implement the communications strategy to raise Group employees’ awareness and engagement all along the year
Animate the internal sustainability community thanks to (for example) monthly conferences, quarterly challenges, workshops and trainings
Image:
Manage all the sustainability content production – reports, videos, photo shoots, etc.
Upkeep the Group’s sustainability photo and video library
Events:
Manage the organization of internal and external sustainability events
Support the sustainability spokespersons in their speaking engagements: key messaging, logistics, etc.
Digital:
Develop and update the sustainability section of Kering.com: texts, imagery, regular publication of brief news as well as updating of static pages
Propose and manage sustainability digital publications/ campaigns in coordination with the social media team
Helped by the Sustainability Communication assistant, the Sustainability Communications Manager ensures harmonious coordination between the Communication and Sustainability teams, so that sustainability - a key pillar of the Group's strategy - is smoothly integrated in the framework of the Group's overall communication strategy.
Who you are
Significant working experience in internal and/or external communications in an international environment, with exposure to sustainability topics
Project management and coordination skills
Greater precision in project execution
High level of proactivity and curiosity
Good knowledge of social media
Strong ability for teamwork
Experience with a transversal role in a matrix/Corporate organization
Fluent in English or in French – excellent writing skills are required in one of these two languages at least

Pour cela, elle conçoit et met en œuvre une stratégie de communication dédiée, en coordination avec les autres expertises de la direction de la Communication & de l’Image du Groupe, ainsi qu’avec les équipes Communication des Maisons. Son audience comprend tant l’interne que l’externe, les professionnels du secteur que le grand public, les convaincus que les sceptiques, sur un périmètre international. L’équipe fait l’objet d’un double rattachement, à la Direction de la Communication & de l’Image Groupe et à la Direction du Développement durable Groupe.

Les sujets principaux traités vont de la mesure de l’impact environnemental au changement climatique, en passant par la biodiversité, le bien-être animal, les aspects sociaux et l’innovation durable.
