General Summary

The Key Account Sales Associate position will administer the day-to-day duties related to house accounts. This includes daily communication with accounts and other departments within the company to fulfill all the needs and requests for orders plus shipping product in a timely and efficient manner. The Key Account Sales Associate will also work closely and communicate frequently with the VP of Sales.


Essential Job Functions

  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to assist in the process of the sales cycle: order entry, reorders, data entry, shipping, issuing RAs/Markdowns into SHR portal and all Chromes – FMB sheets, etc.
  • Service accounts providing them with excellent customer service, which is prompt, information and engaging making sure order are shipped within the requested delivery window
  • Supervise Value Channel in the process of the seasonal sales cycle to achieve quarterly and yearly budget
  • Build product lines for SMU programs
  • Participate in proto/sampling reviews
  • Meet with buying teams quarterly for product line showing, negotiating costing and MOQ
  • Complete order entries, tracking supply, shipping, reordering
  • Work cross functionally with Design and Production teams, vendors, logistics and warehouse teams
  • Support accounts by providing order deadline notifications, delivery schedules, production updates, production cancellations, UPC codes, and delivery updates to accounts (Ross, Marmaxx, STP, Burlington, Bealls, Big5 Sporting Goods)
  • Liquidation of excess ATS across all brands by building ATS lists and negotiating cost per category
  • Support and attend all sales meetings, trade shows and line showings
  • Supervise delivery of catalogs, samples, and sales assets to house accounts
  • Provide necessary information to VP of Sales regarding WIP and inventory issues
  • Distribute weekly ATS Reports to house accounts to generate at-once sales
  • Distribute monthly MAP Reports to house accounts to advise of key discount dates

  • Additional preferred skills in Asana, Lectra + Centric PLM platforms, Qliksense


Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 Years inside retail or wholesale sales experience Required

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-office at our Irvine, CA location.


Physical Requirements

Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports.
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources.
