Job Summary:

As Pair of Thieves continues to grow, we are looking to add a Wholesale Support Coordinator in our Operations department. Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused, detail-oriented, team player who is excited about joining a growing brand while providing exceptional customer service support to a group of designated key accounts. In this role, you will communicate with key customers and external partners to verify order and tracking information, assist with ordering and/or shipping issues, maintain accurate account records, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional and proactive customer service for assigned group of wholesale accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- work with sales agencies to receive customer purchase orders on time
- input sales orders into the ERP, manually or via EDI, and issuing order confirmations to customers
- allocate and drop pick tickets to 3 PL distribution center.
- monitor open order reports to ensure all orders are shipping on time
-review sell through reports and check in with customers to see if they need to backfill stock with an AO order.
- Invoice orders after shipment occurs
- Process returns and credit memos.
• Analyze vendor compliance manuals, communicate VAS and customer shipping requirements to internal teams and external vendors to ensure shipments are done accurately and no chargebacks are incurred.
• Assist with onboarding of new wholesale accounts.
• Help with creation of sales tools-catalog audits, order forms, and price lists
• Coordinate samples for sales team and account photography
• Back up Ecommerce Customer Service when needed
• Assist Operations and Sales teams with trade shows, events, and other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent working experience
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP; Full Circle experience a plus
• MUST have experience with Wal-Mart Retail Link
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel - moderate to expert level
• Robust critical thinking and problem resolution skills
• Team player with results-oriented mindset who proactively works with other people to ensure customer needs are met
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to dig-in and continually learn new things and build new skills
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Positive attitude to contribute to a fun but hard-working company culture
