We are currently searching for an Art Department
Manager to join our team. This position leads the
creative/design direction for the Monster Energy
Company brands while managing operations of the
company’s internal Art Department.

Essential Job Functions:

· Formulate Art Department strategy and help set the
creative vision for Monster Energy Company brands.
· Lead the day-to-day operations of the company’s
internal Art Department which supports company’s
brands globally. Prioritize work flow to meet tight
timelines for international new product launches.
· Lead and manage creative and production teams
that develop product packaging, point of sale
materials and electronic marketing designs for youth
oriented, cutting edge brands.
· Form strong collaborative relationships with Brand
Marketing, New Product Development, Social Media
and International Marketing Teams.
· Source, train and develop creative and production
personnel to meet the growing demands on the Art
Department of one of the fastest growing brands in
America.
· Source and manage free lance artists and
designers who provide new packaging design
concepts.

Position Requirements:

· Qualified candidate will have five plus years
experience as Art/Creative Director and five years
experience managing an Art Department.
· Direct supervisory experience of creative and
production teams with proven ability to coach,
challenge and improve the capabilities of an Art
Department.
· Highly creative design abilities for youth oriented
life-style brands.
· Excellent organization and project management
skills.
· Self-motivated and the ability to inspire those
around them.
