Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee designated key internal account base (from order entry, product allocation/fulfillment shipment routing and invoicing)
• Manage the flow of EDI based transactions (ie PO’s, ASN’s, Labels, Invoices) from inception to fulfillment
• Research and track non-compliant chargebacks and institute resolutions
• Manage fulfillment of international distributor and retailer orders
• Generate product UPC’s seasonally and fulfill UPC account requests/orders
• Input product catalog (ERP) seasonally and monitor available unit levels
• Monitor shipping account (both domestically and internationally) and reconcile weekly
• Track and coordinate embroidery files and instructions for applicable accounts
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
Required Qualifications:
• EDI Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 3 years of related business experience
• Strong desire to work in team environment
• Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
• Must be able to multi-task and organize in a fast paced environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
