No Fear MX, a leader in motocross gear, protective equipment, and apparel, is looking for several experienced Independent Sales Representatives or Sales Agencies for multiple territories.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the No Fear MX category within the region to specialty and powers port type retailers. This person is directly responsible for managing, developing and marketing to various accounts within the territory. This position requires the ability to set and achieve sales goals, forecast product needs, manage profitability, and drive sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining existing retailer relationships while planning and opening new business.
- Regular travel to accounts, trade shows and sales meetings.
- Frequent communication with accounts and No Fear MX staff.
- Coordinate specialty marketing initiatives.
- Lead and represent all product needs at all product related meetings.
- Participate in national and major regional trade shows and events.
- Develop efficient and accurate forecasting process with retailers.
- Develop and ensure maximum gross profit.
- Participate in business reviews, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Responsible for forecasting and achieving growth target set.
- Track sales goals.
- Create incentive programs and other initiatives to promote sales.

Required Experience:
- 5 years sales experience within the region.
- Extensive knowledge of the motocross and action sports industries.
- Maintain high written and verbal communication skills and must be able to present the No Fear MX Brand Story clearly and effectively.
- Must be able to establish short and long-term strategies that mirror and lead the No Fear MX direction.
- The ability to motivate and sometimes challenge owners, buyers and shop personnel.
