The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $199,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

LABOR PERFROMANCE MANAGERRESPONSIBLE SUPPLY CHAIN
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Responsible Supply Chain team seeks a performance driven leader to join us in building and scaling a portfolio of projects to advance labor conditions in our extended supply chain. You will have the opportunity to positively impact workers in Nikes extended supply chain by advancing our work across multiple labor compliance and capability building programs.
Youll be working in our Responsible Supply Chain team, who is responsible for ensuring that Nikes 500+ contract suppliers meet and exceed our sustainability targets, and you will specifically be an integral member of the RSC Labor, Health & Safety team. We are looking for someone who has a strong business sense and is passionate about driving positive impact. The candidate needs to be highly analytical and have extensive project and performance management experience. You will need these skills as you work across multiple functions and geographies within Nikes matrixed organization In addition you will need to prove your ability in working collaboratively with brands and retailers, multi-stakeholder organizations, NGOs and others within Nike to develop and scale solutions to accelerate improvement in working conditions within global footwear and apparel supply chains. The ideal candidate(s) will have a passion for creating positive change, experience working and influencing in complex environments, and an ability to find creative solutions to address persistent challenges.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
We are looking for someone with experience in strategic thinking, analytics and storytelling, partnerships and engagement, and project management (or some combination). Someone who is good at solving problems, is self-directed and understands that driving improved labor conditions within Nikes extended supply chain is both the right thing to do and can provide long term business value. Day to day youll be:
Conducting reporting and analysis to drive strategic direction, inform key stakeholders on progress and provide data-driven storytelling.
Leading cross-functional working groups to drive projects and programs, with a focus on content and tools that support our field teams and suppliers.
Supporting key partnerships in advancing each of our labor performance and capability building impact areas including, but not limited to human rights due diligence worker voice, engagement & wellbeing, and strategic HRM.
Helping drive Nikes strategy on supporting supplier development of labor and human rights capabilities in coordination with the broader Labor, Health and Safety team.
Collaborating with other brands and retailers, multi-stakeholder organizations and others on developing and scaling tools and resources that support development of suppliers capabilities.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This individual will report to the RSC Director of Labor Performance and manage a portfolio of projects and partnerships across our people impact areas. This will require close cross-functional partnerships with many internal and external stakeholders including: Responsible Supply Chain, Global Sourcing and Manufacturing, Government and Public Affairs, Global Sustainability, HR, D&I, Legal and Communications.

You have:
5-7 years relevant experience in business, human resources, management consulting, supply chain management, and/or sustainability.
Demonstrated Responsible Supply Chain experience in Human Rights and Labor Performance with brands, retailers, multi-stakeholder organizations and NGOs
Demonstrated project management capability, ability to drive results and impact
Creative problem solving to develop collaborative solutions across stakeholders
Sophisticated analytical and program management skills; experience making decisions and recommendations in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills, including ability to influence and to story tell with data
Ability to interact effectively and quickly establish professional credibility with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of your time
