WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This lead role in Global L & D designs and implements new learning solutions and serves as the program owner for the delivery of high potential learning solutions in our Global L & D core program portfolio. This role is integral to delivering on our dedication to equip our Nike teammates to be their best selves with a focus on high-potential leadership development. The Global L & D Core Programs focus on cultivating great players, empowering great coaches, rallying great teams and innovating our game, allowing us to improve our talent and support our growing business.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Strategic:
Work on newly articulated leadership development strategies spanning all employees while helping to define programs
Cultivate innovative learning methods to elevate learning impact and experience for our Nike teammates.
Collaborate across the Talent COE, DEI, and People Solutions to optimize opportunities to provide an elite portfolio of learning solutions.
Lead strategic learning initiatives ensuring key partner engagement, cross-functional collaboration and excellent project leadership (quality, issue escalation, budget, and achieve time-bound milestones)
Embody a deep commitment to serving our Nike teammates with learning solutions that enable them to be their best.
Operational:
Serve as a learning business partner in collaboration with the Talent Business Lead
Partner with People Solutions to provide seamless delivery of Global L & D Core Programs
Run assigned budgets, AOP and Operational, optimizing spend and evaluating and engaging others in upstream/downstream impact of budget decisions.
Continuously improve learning solutions in the core program portfolio using data to advise and ensure partners are engaged in upstream/downstream impact of actions.
Leadership:
Build and sustain a strong Nike internal network across HR, key cross-functional partners, and Nike leaders.
Serve as a role model of Nike Maxims and HR policies.
Build and sustain a strong external network of learning professionals.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Global and Regional People Solutions to align/collaborate on new learning solutions and activation of Core L & D portfolio.
Talent Management Business Lead to serve as an advisor and at times a performer on priority business requests.
Global HR Communications to drive cohesive and aligned teammate narratives.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree in HR, Education, or Business or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
5 7 years of experience in adult learning solution development and delivery of solutions.
Strong communication and listening skills to engage with a broad business audience (employees to executives)
Exceptional customer focus and ability to find opportunities to enhance the Core Program portfolio
Strong problem-solving skills and judgment of who to engage and when to escalate.
Design program management experience a plus
