<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></p><p></p><p><span>As a senior level core team member, and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse Operations, Engineering and Logistics Management, contribute to the design, implementation, support and ongoing maintenance/enhancement of the PVH Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, and RFID applications. This role may also be responsible for managing and/or leading the work performed by developers and technical resources on a full time or project by project basis.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The ideal candidate will have functional and technical implementation experience with Warehouse Management and Warehouse Control applications. Additionally, hands on experience Machine Controls/PLCs and </span>design of end-to-end processes are foundational to this role. <span>The individual will also be responsible for production support of applications in the areas of responsibility.</span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Hybrid, with a base in one of the following Distribution Centers:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Jonesville, NC</span></p></li><li><p><span>McDonough, GA</span></p></li><li><p><span>Palmetto, GA</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></p><p></p><p><span>Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:</span><br /><br /><b>Solution Design</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Gathers, analyzes, and documents solution requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Considers overall user technology experience in thoughtfully designing engaging solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creates solutions utilizing user-centric design techniques.</span></p></li><li><p><span>In collaboration with Warehouse Operations and Engineering, evaluate new systems and technologies as it relates to logistics execution systems (Automation, RFID, Blockchain, Robotics) </span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborates and coordinates with Warehouse Operations, Engineering, Development, and Testing teams and leverages relevant process and technology proficiency to propose optimal solution(s) options delivering required business capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>In collaboration with Warehouse Operations, identifies and effectively assesses improvement opportunities (productivity/efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performs peer functional and solution design reviews as required.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>System Development, Testing & Delivery</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop or modify complex software systems using disciplined software development processes. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Performs application configuration & Install Software enhancements in support of solution delivery initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Defines and develops approaches for data conversion. Performs the extract, load, and validation of converted data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Recommend testing tools and database management systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supports solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, performing test execution, and validating test results.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitates user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects, within the PVH Project Management Office guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate knowledge of software into software development/maintenance guidelines and standards. Promote adherence to compliance and documenting changes</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Production Support</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Provides rotational support and work with L1 team to troubleshoot issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrates system proficiency and leverages subject matter expertise to perform root cause analysis and assess issue trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinates issue resolution with vendors and/or cross-functional teams. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Provides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/root cause and resolution with end-users and other key stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creates and maintains systems documentation. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Develops and facilitates system training.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilizes query tools to write complex ad-hoc queries and operational reports.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Under guidance from Lead Business Analysts and Sr. Director; collaborates with Warehouse Operations, Engineering and Logistics Management, and proposes solutions/improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Works effectively in a self-directed manner with minimal direction from lead and/or manager.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leads smaller streams of work.
