The North America Brand Management Team (across Womens/Mens/Kids) is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans that serve the brand and business. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for a Brand Marketing Manager for Womens Lifestyle to join our NYC Brand Management team. The Nike NYC Brand Management team exists to create deeper connections with our consumers and innovate our brand for the future. This individual will help us create the future of sport, with a specific focus on the New York City marketplace as a community builder and brand accelerator.

As part of our New York City Brand Marketing team, the Womens Lifestyle Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our brand plans and functional excellence within the North America and NYC offense. This role will build and implement brand plans for our consumer that will not only grow the business, but also create deep, meaningful relationships with our women athletes*.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and curious, can innovate with autonomy, is attune to our ever evolving consumer trends, and has deep knowledge of the culture that defines NYC creative trends and its connection to the Nike brand. In addition to having a comprehensive grasp of the womens fashion/lifestyle landscape, this individual will also have a proven track record of leading with a clear vision and strategic attitude, thrive in a collaborative environment, and be able to build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Key City Brand Team, we are in service of the consumer, and as our Brand Marketing Manager for Womens Lifestyle, you are responsible for bringing our Lifestyle Consumer plan to life - work that will drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand, and strengthen our daily connection with members.

Leading with insights, you will obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our Womens consumer. You will be at the forefront of building our foundational NYC consumer strategy, a full-funnel journey, on her* terms. This can be through branded content, services, media, partnerships, and experiences, which will come together as a best-in-class, integrated journey.
As an NYC Brand Marketing Manager, your typical day/week could look like:
Supporting the development of annual, seasonal, and daily programming plans
Managing collaboration throughout the Consumer Code process to engage with our key cross-functional and cross-dimensional partners
Supporting an end-to-end process, with strong project management skills
Compiling and unpacking insights from consumers, including cultural trends
Partnering with key members to define, adapt, extend, and implement key experiences for consumers and members
Overseeing product integration into seasonal programming
Managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels to ensure purposeful and choreographed storytelling
Pioneering new ways of working with Geographies and cross-functional and creative partners
Working back with finance to track expense against budgets and working closely with the inventory management and promo planning team to place product buys and ensure timely product program execution

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As our Womens Lifestyle Brand Marketing Manager you will report directly into the NA NYC Womens Brand Director and you will work across a multitude of groups within the organization, across all levels. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus with critical team member groups.

Consumer Direct Marketing & our City Mens and Womens Brand Management teams will be critical partners to crafting and driving our consumer plans and vision. You will establish a close partnership with our Creative team to ensure concepts, journeys, and tactical deliverables are met and align with objectives. You will liaise with Brand Marketing Operations on the end-to-end processes as well as day-to-day management of programs. And you will collaborate with key members of the NA Brand Marketing team and work alongside diverse cross-functional city, geo, and global teams (inclusive, but not limited to: Catalyst Brand, Integrated Media, Consumer Insights, Social Community Impact, Finance, and Legal).
In addition to building valuable connections with our internal partners, you will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining key city relationships externally, including agency partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
Excellent internal relationship-building skills with ability to influence working teams and key partners, gaining sponsorship and consensus from many levels
Excellent external relationship-building and management skills with ability to forge strong partnerships that extend the impact the brand has on the consumer and local communities
5+ years experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing
Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding of NYC consumer and creative landscape, the Fashion Industry, Womens Style + Trends Insights, Sneaker/Streetwear Culture
Strong written, visual, and verbal/presentation skills
Experience working within teams and a team-first mentality
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culturesomeone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
Digital marketing savvy and creator-led content experience
Ability to balance creativity with organization and subject area in fast moving, ambiguous environment
Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction
