WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Lead, Sourcing and Costing Manager to join our Beaverton team in Product Supply Chain, sitting in Customization Operations. This role will be working with cross functional teams to ensure we meet Nikes profitability expectations in our footwear customization business. This individual needs to be a proactive, result oriented collaborator who uses data to lead the team in their decision making. They can prioritize tasks, work independently, and a flexible multitasker who thrive in an ambiguous environment. The ideal candidates will be able to balance working strategically while bringing a detail-oriented approach to analysis and problem solving. They will also bring a curious mentality and always looking for improvement opportunities in support of NBY long term growth plan in our End-to-End supply chain.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Be responsible for NBY Costing process and Business margin planning (including target FOB setting) and tracking our portfolio throughout the season against targets and lead changes in key inputs.
Perform financial analysis and scenario planning to drive decisions that capitalize on opportunity, increase profitability and bring value to the consumer.
Partner with NBY Manufacturing team to explore and analyze the impact and benefit of new processes and machinery that could advance or improve NBY quality and efficiency while maintaining profitability.
Developing and updating new/existing processes including documentation.
Support long range sourcing strategy by providing cost analysis to help inform the plan.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will act as the Costing expert within our organization, reporting to the NBY Sourcing and Manufacturing Director. You will work with cross functional teams at WHQ and Asia. These teams include; Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Creation, Asia Manufacturing, Factory Partners, NDDC, Finance and Sourcing teams.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree with a focus in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
Min of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, supply chain, manufacturing, planning, or related fields is strongly preferred.
A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who will proactively research and drive collective resolution.
Proven ability to communicate (verbal and written) complex topics and concepts to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization.
Ability to lead projects from beginning to implementation.
Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to drive results.
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, be results-oriented, and work productively within a matrix organization.
Work comfortably in an environment of ambiguity
Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.
Proficient in Excel
