The annual base salary for this position ranges from $112,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $251,800.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Lead Technical Product Manager for Enterprise Data and Artificial Intelligence on the NIKE Technology team, you'll be responsible for delivering Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities to business users. The primary role of Lead TPM will be to represent the customers of the data products and ensure it aligns with business partner expectations.
An ideal candidate will come with a strong technical background who, apart from laying out the roadmap and articulating the need for the product, is typically also able to work very closely with Engineering and help influence the solution design, by being involved in technical aspects of solutioning.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be a Product advocate! Be able to describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience.
Understand the Product Roadmap and use knowledge of future features to improve current stories and tests.
Assist in customer adoption through personal interaction and written documentation.
Identify, escalate, and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity from customers on issues where appropriate.
Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of Feature requirements, understand use cases, collect samples, and find tests; apply knowledge of Product and business drivers to enhance work.
Work with Team to translate any internal "Enablers" into value driven stories.
Facilitate process mapping, feature mapping w/ Personas, gap analysis, data flow to help assess business implications of feature, tool, or platform.
Act as the voice of the customer and product management vision for the team.
Own, maintain and prioritize the product roadmap - break Features into stories, ensure capacity for enablers and defects.
Accountable for the readiness of the work, the acceptance of the work and that the work itself is delivered within the guidelines and milestones of the Product Roadmap.
Prioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, goals and the value features and stories bring to the business.
Be engaged and responsive to the Agile team and help remove roadblocks and make decisions.
Coordinate content dependencies with other Product teams, define acceptance criteria, and accept or reject work results per iteration.
Ensure deliverables and milestones are clear - track their progress towards feature completion and adjust the team backlog accordingly.
Conducts analysis to determine how features are performing and how they can be improved.

In this role, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams across Enterprise Data & Artificial Intelligence, and will work closely with partner groups across the geography to identify and solve their business problems.
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of being able to navigate through complex product landscape and having delivered successful data products, and had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
Bachelor's degree, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training
8+ years of professional experience in IT or business domain, with hands on proficiency with data and analysis.
Previous experience working as a Product manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst type role.
Understanding of Agile development frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
8 years of experience in delivering BI, Analytics and Data Science applications using BIG DATA platform and tools.
Solid understanding of customer needs, business process knowledge and business and technical strategy/vision.
Demonstrated understanding of technology systems and the ability to quickly learn the Nike Technology ecosystem.
Strong working relationships with technical and creative colleagues.
Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Ability to demonstrate and contribute to technical design decisions for the product and translate the value driven from the same.
Ability to understand Nikes technology roadmap and drive product solutions to align to One Nike Technology vision.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Product teams, Product Managers and other Agile team members.
Proficient with Roadmap Aha, Jira and similar Agile tools.
Proficient with Data Warehouse Tools and good understanding of the data transformation & processing technologies.
