WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Lead Technology Vendor Management Analyst within the Enterprise Data and Artificial Intelligence organization, you will be a key member of a growing and passionate team focused on growing Nikes data analytics capabilities. Your role on the team will include demonstrating your knowledge of industry best practices, communication and problem-solving skills to assist in managing the vendor lifecycle across our domain. Functioning as a hub of communication and tracking for all aspects of vendor performance as well as assuring alignment to our overall strategic roadmap.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, youll be working with the Business Operations and Enablement team and central vendor management office, maintaining forecast and calendar of contract renewals, developing reporting, vendor metrics and scorecards to track performance, planning and scheduling strategic reviews of vendor performance, supporting divestiture and on-boarding of new vendor relationships, and partnering with our procurement department to ensure process alignment, consensus building, and timeline management for our contract lifecycle.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be reporting to the Planning Manager of the Business Operations and Enablement for Enterprise Data & Artificial Intelligence. Your regular interactions will include, but will not be limited to, our hiring managers and directors, Global Technology Vendor Management Office, Global Technology procurement and legal team and Global Technology finance manager.

WHAT YOU BRING
To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who has these experiences and clearly demonstrates the following skills:
Minimum 4 years of direct relevant work experience
Solid background in vendor metrics and reporting
Experience in vendor setup / on-boarding
Basics of finance and/or Accounting budgeting and forecasting concept
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build key relationships with a wide spectrum of partners, ranging from senior leadership to entry-level professionals
Ability to establish an independent view, while effectively collaborating with peers in a team environment
Highly skilled in both verbal and visual high-profile communications
Willingness to adapt and thrive in ambiguous environments
Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking
Strong initiative and independence, needing limited oversight and able to self-manage assigned projects
Experience negotiating contracts including price and structure (preferred but not required)
Bachelor's degree, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training.
