The Role
This is a 6-month contract as a replacement.
The Logistics Analyst will, as part of the EMEA logistics team, be responsible for managing GoPros vendor relationships with our operational service providers in EMEA, Singapore and Japan. As a strong team player, you will work closely with our logistic vendors and internal stakeholders, to support in getting the best logistics service and experience in place for GoPro.
What You Will Do
Manage relationship with our 3PL partners in EMEA, Singapore and Japan including measuring their performance.
Manage all logistics related activities to ensure successful order fulfillment and delivery to GoPros B2B/B2C customers.
Daily reconciliation of inventory movements and solve any discrepancies, perform month end reconciliations (comparing 3PL inventory balances by SKU to GoPros and resolve all differences).
Work with 3PL/Carriers in combination for GoPros Sales and support team to resolve any customer escalation (B2B/B2C).
Perform data management as it pertains to inventory, logistics, transport, and item setup including data mining and analysis to drive business decisions.
Skills Were Excited About
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Functional knowledge of inventory control, inventory transactional accounting, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, operational metrics, and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership skills including vendor management.
Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and take corrective action(s) as appropriate to both solve tactical problems and process or procedural issues that could cause problems to reoccur.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent English, written and verbal.
