A customs Specialist controls and checks customs documentation, receives claims, and solves issues with a solution focused approach. What you will work on
Our Customs team is responsible for a flawless execution of the import and export processes across our supply chain, while maintaining and ensuring compliancy within predefined standards. By controlling customs documentation, looking into issues, and communicating with our partners you'll help to ensure that products flow easily to our consumers in a constantly evolving environment. As a Customs specialist you will manage those flows by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication. You are detailed & process oriented and continuously in the lookout for fact-based solutions to tackle issues.
Who you will work with
You'll be a part of a team that consists of specialists and analysts and report to a Customs Coach who will you help grow your talent. Together with our Transportation team, internal stakeholders, and external logistics partners you'll ensure the fast and efficient delivery of our products and build strong relationships with our partners.
What you bring
Multitasker who can prioritize and keep an overview of different processes.
Analytical, critical and meticulous mind who can easily navigate his way through big data sets.
Any past experience of working on inventory management is a plus.
Passion and interest towards logistics, international trade, and customs processes.
A self-steering teammate with proven stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch is a bonus.
