Rip Curl is a lifestyle and our days are about living it. We are looking for full -time Retail Managers for our Huntington Beach Retail Store.
The goal of the Retail Store is to showcase Rip Curl product in a memorable shopping environment, maintain superior customer service, store and staff presentation to maximize profits and return on investment.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Must have strong management, organizational and leadership skills and be able to think proactively.
• Industry experience highly preferred, experienced surfer a plus.
• Experience in floor supervision, visual merchandising is a plus.
• Retail driven in order to drive sales
• People oriented and have experience and ability to manage people and operations of a retail shop.
• Previous experience and training of customer service skills
• Communication skills both verbally and written are required
Store is open 7 days per week, must be able to work flexible hours.
