Spy Optic is seeking an Independent Sales Rep for VA, WV, NC & SC. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years outside sales and/or retail sales experience. Previous experience in the Action Sports industry is preferred, active participant in action sports helpful Existing account base is a plus. Optical knowledge is preferred. Salary will depend on experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Visiting account base and solicit orders daily
• Educate and inform accounts of brand news, events, contests, etc.
• Meet budgeted sales forecast on a monthly basis
• Assist with collections, and work with accounting as needed
• Open new accounts in regional areas or segments that require expansion
• Perform retail clinics
• Work with inside sales on a daily basis
