Job Purpose:
Manage the Costing Component for all Supra Footwear and assist in the handling of the SMU/Quickstrike Product Lines.
Duties:
- Ensure Factory/Agent is providing accurate and transparent costing matrices and CBDs.
- Communicate with Merchandising/Design to ensure all development changes and material price changes are correctly reflected before confirming final cost.
- Manage and organize the Materials Library and work with all Material Vendors to ensure the most current books/pricing is available.
- Assist in the creation of a Seasonal Material Palette to proactively set price tiers based on target FOB/Wholesale.
- Responsible for documenting and providing comprehensive visibility on all costs through development phases using various tools including the Global Cost Chart.
- Responsible for sample tracking and coordination to ensure timely receipt, processing, and hand-off.
- Responsible for line list building, maintaining, and communication to all key parties.
Skills/Qualifications:
+ 2-3 years Footwear Development Experience
+ 1 year Costing Experience
+ Knowledge of Product Creation, Materials, Footwear Development, and Footwear Production
+ Self-Motivated with Excellent Communication Skills
